Today we replaced two leaking roof vents on a 5 year old composition roof. The vents and pipe flanges on these 30 year roofs wear out much sooner than the roof. The vents on this particular roof are especially low quality. We used quality vents to replace the old ones. We also installed a new down spout for a gutter that was installed with absolutely no drainage.
